Combination Treatment Gallery Orthodontics, Crown and Bridge All work shown has been performed by Dr. Elke Female patient, central front teeth were moved together using fixed and functional orthodontic appliances, case was finished with two bridges.   Male adult patient, orthodontics used to correct deep bite, crowns and bridges used to replace baby teeth still present.   Male patient, removal of lower tooth, moved remaining teeth into better position. Crown coverage of lower three remaining teeth, upper teeth were treated with crowns and veneers to change the shape and appearance of teeth.   Female adult patient, orthodontics used to open a space for the upper left lateral.
